Designation: The Founder and Director of "The Silver Tip"; The Director of Ashok Sindhu Foundation; The Director of The Silver Tip - Farmstay; Former consultant at Trustea Sustainable Tea Foundation; Former sustainable Implementation Partner of Tea Research Association.

Driven by a deep-rooted connection to the traditional heritage of the hills and a passion for innovation, I transitioned from the traditional world of tea to the dynamic landscape of modern entrepreneurship. As the founder of Silver Tip, my journey has been about more than just building a brand—it has been about understanding the delicate balance between preservation and growth.

Combining the rich, authentic essence of our tea gardens with a forward-thinking, corporate strategy, I am focused on scaling operations, mastering retail logistics, and redefining how regional treasures connect with a broader market. From leaf to leadership, my path is defined by resilience, a commitment to quality, and the grit it takes to brew a vision into reality.

She also serves as an Assistant Teacher and Guide Captain at Auxilium School, Dholai, bringing together her background in corporate team leadership from VAP Technology with a deep commitment to mentoring the management team and quality assurance of The Silver Tip Tea.

As Quality Control at The Silver Tip Tea, she focuses on maintaining consistent quality across the brand's tea products. Her experience as an Assistant Manager in procurement at Tea Manufacturing further strengthens her understanding of sourcing and procurement processes within the tea industry.

Her previous experience as an Assistant Sales Manager at Luxmi Tea, along with her background as a tea taster and blender, gives her valuable exposure to different aspects of the tea business—from product evaluation and blending to quality assurance and market requirements.
